Sign-in uses your email and authentication credentials. To connect a device, BetVoid records a device identity, Android model, app version, sync state, and account association. Account settings and recovery preferences can sync between your devices.
BetVoid checks website hostnames and installed app identities on your device to apply your rules. Selected custom blocks, app identities, protection preferences, and aggregate daily block totals can sync to your account. Individual browsing events and their timestamps are not required for account sync.
If you use Void AI, your messages are sent to our configured AI providers to produce a reply. Do not enter passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information. BetVoid does not save ordinary chat history. If you choose “Report response,” the selected reply, report category, account ID, and request ID are sent to BetVoid for safety review; reports are deleted after 30 days.
Google Play processes Play purchases. BetVoid verifies purchase status and stores an encrypted purchase token, a token hash, and entitlement state to provide access and handle renewals or refunds. If you enable notifications, Firebase Cloud Messaging can deliver account and protection alerts.
Android’s VPN service lets BetVoid apply blocking on the device. The tunnel is used for local filtering and network forwarding; BetVoid is not a general-purpose remote VPN service. Domain catalogs may update over the network. The app does not send a browsing-history log to your account as part of normal protection sync.
Supabase hosts account and synced data. Void AI uses configured model providers, including Gemini and Groq, only when you request a response. Firebase can deliver notifications when enabled. Google Play handles Play payments. We do not sell installed-app inventory or browsing activity.
Account and synced data are kept while your account is active. AI response reports are removed after 30 days. Billing and security records may be retained longer where required to prevent fraud or meet legal obligations. BetVoid limits access to account data and encrypts stored Play purchase tokens; no security measure is absolute.
You can stop protection, change custom rules and notification preferences, or request account deletion. Deletion removes your account and associated synced data, subject to records BetVoid must retain for legal, security, or billing reasons.
